Antenna Division President

We are in search of an organized, meticulous, well rounded leader to act as the President of our Antenna divisions. This newly hired President will be responsible for day to day operations, as well as providing strategic leadership by working with our entire executive level management and team members to establish and execute our strategic goals and plans.  Experience within the cellular Antenna, IoT, and RF wireless industries is required. You will also be responsible for the management of our employees / engineers within 2 locations to include helping us meet sales targets, attend events, and manage our budgets.  

A Bachelor’s Degree coupled with 8-10 years of Antenna related industry experience is required, however a PhD degree in a technical discipline, coupled with an MBA and 9-15 years of RF/Antenna work history is preferred.

This position will manage the senior executive team and is responsible for the performance management and input regarding the hiring of senior level management.


REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

 Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects. 
 Must have skills in performance management, leadership, be a strategic thinker, have Business Acumen, be Results Driven, be able to make executive decisions with the health and growth of the company as first priority, have financial management expertise, as well as be a problem solver with above average communications / people skills.
 Manage and direct all of the company’s business to meet agreed targets.  
 Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action.  
 Support the customer Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization’s fiscal function and performance.  
 Participate in the development of the organization’s plans and programs as a strategic partner. 
 Represent our operations as a leader in the antenna industry through personal appearances at conferences, Tradeshows, etc.
 Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism, which includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.  
 Oversee the investment of funds and manage associated risks, supervise cash management activities, execute capital-raising strategies to support a firm's expansion, and deal with mergers and acquisitions.
 Establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Chief Executive Officer as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges. 
 Improve the budgeting process on a continual basis through education of department managers on financial issues impacting their budgets.  
 Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; i.e., evaluation of potential alliances acquisitions and/or mergers and pension funds and investments.

This position is expected to have up to 25% of overnight and/or international travel. Occasional day trips might also be necessary.   

This is a full-time position.  Days and hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM TO 5:00 PM.
